Grass Finished Veal Osso Bucco

Braise in white wine and tarragon, one of our home made chicken stocks, pop into a casserole dish in the oven or into the slow cooker. 3hrs+ on 150 deg.  Serve with cous cous or fried polenta with crème fraiche for a beautiful finish.
