Pasture Fed Free Range Lamb Leg of Lamb
Bring the whole family together with a beautiful roast leg of lamb. Feeds 5-6 people as a whole or stretch it out to more by cooking extra veg! Either slow cook or cook at a higher temperature. We love a nine hour leg of lamb, pop a whole leg of lamb in the oven at 100 degrees with some of our beautiful free range sock stock, season well, add some fresh herbs, pop a lid on or cover the tray with foil and then walk away! Come back nine hours later to the most amazing leg of lamb ready for the whole family to feast on.
