Pasture Fed Free Range Lamb Log
What a favourite, grab one while you can as we sell out all the time. A beautiful lean lamb backstrap and fillet with a light casing of fat and wrapped in our famous flat pancetta. Sear the outside until the pancetta is nice and brown, then pop into a hot oven (180 – 200 degrees) for only 20 minutes, let it rest for about 5 minutes while you heat up your jus. That’s the pinnacle of lamb right there!
