Backbone removed, rubbed in our house made greek marinade of smashed cloves of whole garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh oregano, fresh lemon zest and a little bit of salt and pepper in a really light olive oil. BBQ, Oven Bake 45 mins. Serves 4 adults.
