Pasture Fed Free Range Lamb Morrocan Lamb Pie

Beautiful lean cubes of leg of lamb, slowly braised in our housemade morocccan spice with our housemade vegetable stock cooked for three to four hours in a rue of butter and more moroccan spice, then popped into a light puff pastry case.  Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes on 200 degrees to lightly brown the pastry.
