Moroccan Spice
If you love our lamb brochette which we all know you do, this is the spice we use, we combine paprika, cumin, garlic, Himalayan salt and freshly cracked pepper. Use it as a dry rub of add good quality olive oil to make a marinade, add to lamb for a beautiful Moroccan flavour.
